Since their discovery, salt structures have always raised serious debates concerning their kinematic, their geometry and their chrono-stratigraphy. During the last decades several techniques and methodologies were developed in order to improve our knowledge about this kind of geological structures which are of a great economical value since they are proved to be a good seal or trap for hydrocarbons. In a regional scale and concerning the cinematic evolution of these structures, we notice during the Atlasic phase, several tectonic events that occurred in central Tunisia leading to the initiation of halokinetic movements; creating various salt structures. In fact, the studied zone is part of a mega accident; the Mrhilla-Cherichira major fault structures were formed in a very complex structural regime. In order to understand the evolution of the salt structure of Trozz-Labaied area was elaborated taking in consideration all the available data and a 3D gravity model was elaborated. The Bouguer and the residual gravity maps revealed the presence of two negative anomaly trends over the Sbiba Graben and Ouled Ben Zitoun syncline. And a third trend was detected over the Trozza-Labaied
