It is well known that technological development rapid urbanization on and industrialization have resulted in considerable adverse effects on the entry environment. The contamination of environment with divalent cations is one of the most important predictions of pollution and among these, cd, pb and Al the most toxic elements to the humans in the environment. And rise in concentration of Pb+2, Cd+2 and Al+3 . these react multiple sulphydryl groups of hexosemono phosphate shunt an important defense system of erythrocytes and reduce defence activity. Several of zinc function in the body are reduced in active as Zn is replaced by Pb or Cd.
