The study examined the implementation of flexible working patterns in Saudi Arabia based on a critical case analysis of a private sector organisation, ARABSAT. The study aimed at critically analyzing the perceived organisation al benefits of implementing flexible working strategies with regard to employee effectiveness, output and creativity within a Saudi private sector organisation. In achieving this aim, there were three objectives which were met: the secondary findings indicated that there was a connection between the effectiveness of employees with the benefits for employers when a flexible working pattern is implemented; that the role of implementing a flexible working pattern policy was appropriate for the Human Resource Department to adopt; and an evaluation of employee perceptions and experiences of creativity in ARABSAT with an increase in the output of the organisation.
