The book is based on a research carried out at one of the High Schools in Zambia. The study focused on the social relationships between student with physical disabilities and students without disabilities including teachers, with special reference to benefits and limitations of inclusive education. The study looked coping strategies developed by students with disabilities in their quest to achieve educational goals. A qualitative research design was used. Participants were students with physical disabilities, students without disabilities and teachers, recruited purposively. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews, document analysis and observation The study found that both students with and without disabilities benefited from inclusive education but not without limitations, and that students with disabilities developed coping strategies that enabled them to function in a school designed for students without disabilities. We should all be concerned about disability, because disability can come at any point in one's life course, without warning.
