Establishing a means of reconciling between nation building activities and national security was a critical issue for sustainable peace. Reason for nation-building was to get peaceful living environment to secure nation, nationality and people. Nations are integrated together when citizens share enough values and preferences and can communicate with each other by education, fully exercise individual and group rights through federalism and power decentralization in more civilized way. When nations share income equality, develop leadership quality, deny corruption and get common consensus through national institutions on main pillar values of country to secure NSI.
