No current interpretation of globalization focuses adequately on persons, their social capital, their socialization and, most of all, on man''s ability to be a “builder of social reality,” able to shape more general dicisions. This book can explain the current economic and financiary crisis pointing to the fact that financial assets, which have caused the crisis, are the result of producers'' decisions but lack the merchant skills of the consumer. The text aims at interpreting current society from the point of view of the social actor who, as an individual, is apparently weak, but has a strong decision-making power as a group of people governing needs and making choices in their daily life (stakeholders). Sociology, as any other human science, is today unable to analyze the individual''s potential to be, and to grow, as human capital. The individual experiences an inner growth of his/her wisdom and skills. Globalization has demonstrated that the greatest development and high human capital go hand in hand. The interpretation of this phenomenon becomes an analisys of the deepest dynamics of the creation of wealth.
