However, most works on phytoestrogens have focused on iso- flavones and lignans from soy-based andflaxseed meals Sesame plant is an annual herbaceous oil seed plant known to man since the dawn of civilization with all its parts usefully consumed as staple food and has lots of benefits in folk''s medicine in Africa and Asia for thousands of years now.This book gives insight into the beneficial impacts such as sperm enhancing and improving performance qualities inherent in sesame leaves phytoestrogenic-lignans consumption on the male reproductive organs.
