Small firms and entrepreneurship play a vital role in sustaining the efficiency of an economy. Earle and Sakova (1999) report that the birth of entrepreneurship in transition countries was mainly due to the characteristics of entrepreneurs. In this book are analysed the characteristics of Kosovar entrepreneurs, self-employees and non- entrepreneurs. The main aim is to identify which could be a potential group to enable the growth of entrepreneurship and the sustainable economic development of Kosovo.
