THE STUDY EXPLORES HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATIONS AT LUGUFU REFUGEES CAMP IN KIGOMA TANZANIA. IT EXAMINES THEIR LIVELIHOODS AND THE MEANS IN WHICH THEY EMPLOY IN ORDER TO ASSIGN MEANING TO THEIR WRETCHED LIVES. THE BIG EMPHASIS IN THE STUDY IS GEARED TO STUDY HOW REFUGEE EMPLOY THEIR AGENCIES IN MEDIATING STRUCTURES WHICH IN CERTAIN STUDIES IS KNOWING AS COPING STRATEGY.THE STUDY DOES NOT LAY HEAVY EMPHASIS ON STRUCTURES BUT INSTEAD PAYS MUCH WEIGHT AND ATTENTION TO THE AGENCIES OF REFUGEES THEMSELVES BY INDICATING THAT REFUGEES HAVE THE ABILITIES TO BRING CHANGES REGARDING THEIR LIVELIHOODS IN CONTROLLING THEIR LIVES AND CHOICES. RIGHT BASED APPROACH IS EMPLOYED AS A THEORETICAL AND CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK TO SUPPORT DATA COLLECTED AND THE FINAL ANALYSIS OF THE SAID DATA.IN THE FINAL ANALSIS IT REVEALED THAT, QUITE CONTRAY TO OTHER STUDIES, LOCAL INTERGRATION IS SEEN AS NOT UNREALISTIC ORIDEALISTIC SOLUTION BUT UPTMUM AND DURABLE SOLUTION THAT COULD ADDRESS REFUGEE PLIGHTS THROUGH OUT THE WORLD IT ALSO MAKES THE DUTY OF HOSTING REFUGEE MORE MENAGEABLE AND SOMEHOW LESS OFA BURDEN ECONOMICALLY TO HOST STATES.
