Skin diseases are the most common form of infections which are caused by bacterial and fungal infections.Dispite the availability of useful antibiotics, a continuing search for new antiinfective agents remains indispensable in termsof their limited antimicrobial spectrum and side effects and the recent appearence of strains with reduced susceptibility to antibiotics adds urgency to the search new antimicrobial agents. keeping this in view the present work is been designed to see the crude extract of some plant species for their antimicrobial activity against two important skin diseases causing bacerial and fungal strains. The conducted experiments showed the positive results by giving microbial zone of inhibition . Further their phytochemical analysis revealed positive test for the presence of various secondary metabolites.
