As employees are considered as the most valuable asset in the organization, their commitment are very crucial to support the overall growth and future direction of the organizations. At present, very little empirical work on leadership behaviour has been devoted to the co-operatives, especially in exploring the perception of employees towards their leaders. This study is dedicated to fill in a new dimension of leaders-employees relationship and facilitate reader's whom are passionate to understand this scenario in the cooperative societies.
