The study aims to evaluate how the handling practices of street food vendors affect customer satisfaction. It investigates the relationship between food handling procedures and customer perceptions of quality, safety, and overall experience. Surveys were conducted with street food vendors and customers across various locations, especially in the Brgy. Tibal-Og, Municipality of Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines. Responses were gathered regarding their preparations or practices of the street food vendors and also the customer's experiences, focusing on aspects such as cleanliness, food preparation practices, and vendor hygiene. The Data presented was analyzed to identify correlations between handling practices and customer satisfaction levels.Effective street food handling practices are crucial for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Vendors who prioritize hygiene, adhere to safety standards, and engage positively with customers are more likely to enhance the overall street food experience. Addressing these factors can lead to increased customer loyalty and business success in the street food industry.
