When the problem was researched by a long-term solution was proposed to the company to overcome this problem, the researcher suggests them to use the penetration o pricing in the short run to wipe of small competition and then use competitive pricing to compete in the market long with strong marketing and promotions. The researcher used Convenient sampling to choose the participants from top and middle level of the management as the sample size was low and interview were conducted only the information began to repeat and reached a point of saturation. The findings include the current pricing strategy that is applied in the company, The weaknesses in the current strategy and we also tries to find out that will be the new pricing strategy will work out. The data was analyzed using manual qualitative data analysis performed on MS word.
