This research explored the perceived factors that influence students'' breakfast routines. The researcher had become increasingly concerned about her students skipping breakfast, and therefore finding it difficult to concentrate. The choice of breakfast foods at college were often unhealthy options, such as a bag of crisps or bar of chocolate. Students seemed to be influencing one another a lot on their choice of breakfast. Students sometimes reduce the exercise they do, become obsessed with their weight and can lead poor lifestyles. As there had been limited research carried out with college students about their breakfast routines, the researcher wanted to find out from them why they make the choices they do, and what factors influence their routines. Recommendations were made following the findings……
