This study attempts to explore the effects of Information and Communications Technology on teacher practices within the classrooms. Inthe study change process in education is explained and role of various parties including change agents, head teachers and teachers is examined through a field study. Teachers adoption levels of ICT in educational settings were elaborated and factors influencing teachers'' use of ICT for teaching and learning processes were investigated. It was clear from the study that teachers needed pedagogical advisers as well as technical assistants in technology integration. Qualitative research approach was used as means of data collection and analysis. The study will provide wide range of insights to teachers, researchers and policiy makers who interested in educational change projects world- wide.
