Corporate Orchestras - Concertos in We-major or We-minor?

Corporate Orchestras examines the intersection of corporate and individual identity in the modern workplace - particularly focusing on the tension between identities as individuals are welcomed into existing workplaces and the various induction and socialisation processes used to set the limits of expression for those identities. This works ask whether the collective endeavour of the modern workplace is in effect a concerto in We-major or We-minor - whether collective activity comes at the expense of individual identity and to what degree this is an expected, and accepted, norm in the underlying principles of the typical approach to induction programmes.
