Business Process Management Methodologies

In today''s economy every company is in rush for efficiency improvement. Business process management is one of the ways how to achieve this goal. This thesis gives broad outlook on the concept of business process management. The main orientation of the thesis are the methodologies to improve of company''s processes and therefore improvement of efficiency. These methodologies are assessed in the way of their orientation and the tools, which are these methodologies using in order toreach its goal. Part of this book is research about status of Business Process Management in Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
