В работе "Театр: от института социальной гигиены к практике "заботы о себе" рассматривается генезис и современное состояние театра как социального института и практики «заботы о себе», гуманитарной технологии, помогающей человеку жить и развиваться в условиях существующего мира. Цель данной работы – показать, что именно социальная функция театра является генетически исходной, а потенциально вызываемый им эффект катарсиса позволяет говорить о театре как о социокультурной практике, способствующей разрешению противоречий «неорганической» жизни человека. The work "Theatre: from the institute of social hygiene to the 'care of oneself' practice" is dedicated to the genesis and status quo of the theatre as a social institute and a “taking care of the self” practice, a technology that aids individuals in living and developing themselves in the current circumstances. The author argues that the social-integrative function of the theatre is its primary one, and the catharsis effect potentially produced by a theatre performance justifies its use as a means of resolving individual’s inner conflicts.
