Medicinal plants have played a vital role in the world health since time immemorial. Many essential drugs used in modern days are derived from plants. It is used to cure asthma, to arrest blood vomiting, to reduce blood glucose level and bilious matter phlegmatic rheumatism and several kinds of leprosy.
