The situation becomes more intense when the health professionals themselves see the need to educate themselves in order to fit into as well as enable them to take up some prestigious positions in the health profession as well as have the needed skill to meet the needs of the present health challenges. These have given rise to an escalating quest of health professions to educate themselves at the tertiary institutions.
