Subfertility is a global health issue, and hormonal analysis including AMH and inhibin B are regarded one of the important factor in ART success. This study IS a prospective cohort study to investigate the correlation between AMH and inhibin B in serum and follicular fluid with the quality of subsequent embryo development from in- vitro fertilized oocytes aspirated from same follicle carried out on 100 infertile women age between 22-45 years , 50 women with polycystic ovary syndrom(group A), 25 women with ovulatory causes non polycystic ovary syndrom (group B) and 25 women due to tubal and male causes of subfertility (groups C). These women were underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection The correlation between hormonal levels (serum and FF AMH and inhibin B) with grading of embryos were done. The study concluded that Inhibin B and AMH hormone levels in serum and follicular fluid tend to be more in polycystic ovaries women than other groups but there are no significant correlation between blood and FF inhibin B and AMH with oocyte retrieval number and embryo grading.
