Pan Africa Christian University, a private university in Nairobi Kenya established in 1978, has graduated over 400 students to date, who are scattered across Africa. A great need for networking among the Alumni of PAC University existed for a long time without a specific plan on how this would be achieved in a well thought-out and productive manner. Several universities across the world have recognized the value of sustaining a close relationship with their graduates for support in development related agendas and advancing the vision and mission of the Alma Mata. Consequently, this research project sought to offer a strategic guideline for the establishment of the Alumni Association of PAC University. The project reviews strategic leadership theories and practice, and suggests an approach to be adopted in the establishment of the Pan Africa Christian University Alumni Association. The product of this project was to not only to add to the body of knowledge in the area of strategic leadership, but also be a documented precursor to the existence of a vibrant and successful alumni association of PAC University. This would add great value to the project making it a credible resource.
