This study was conducted in Fulbari-1 Chitwan, Nepal to find out the suitable measures for quality seed production of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. Italica) cv. Calabrese. The experiment was conducted in Randomized Complete Block Design with six treatments imposed after the initiation of terminal head with four replications. Treatments imposed were (i) no removal of any heads i. e. control (seeds were taken from both terminal and axillary heads) (ii) removal of terminal head (bud) just after sprouting (seeds were taken from axillary heads) (iii) removal of terminal head at marketable stage for fresh consumption (seeds were taken from all axillary heads) (iv) removal of terminal head plus first two axillary heads at marketable stage for fresh consumption (seeds were harvested from the remaining axillary heads) (v) removal of all axillary heads for fresh consumption (retained only terminal head and seeds were taken from it) and (vi) retained only terminal head with thinning of 50% flower stalk at the stage when flower buds began to open and removal of all axillary heads at marketable stage for fresh consumption (seeds were taken from the remaining terminal head).
