This book focused on the interaction among the faculty members in the college setting. This explores the common structure of their lived experiences and sought for a comprehensive essence of experiences that were common among the nine faculty members who have at least three years teaching experience in a Higher Education Institution (HEI). Their interaction inside the school and outside of it about the teaching practices was being studied through in-depth interviews. Based on interviews, four themes emerged namely: Personal Life, Work, Interest, and Social Life. Personal life pertained to their love life and family life. Work involved career, delivery of instruction, and performance of students. Moreover, interest pertained to their preferences of things that excite their feelings involving making choices. Lastly, Social life involved their relationships with fellow teachers and their conversations about people around them. Thus, teachers always relate themselves to others. Furthermore, their interaction should further be enhanced to promote healthy relationships among them.
