They are organic substances when they are used in low concentration to change the plant growth usually by stimulating part of the natural growth regulatory system. Now a day farmers are using PGR on large scale in vegetables specially cucurbits. It play vital role in growth, development, flowering, sex expression and increase in yield. Farmer are cultivating cucumber hybrids under shade net condition but they are facing many problems related to the production technology related to flowering and due to less adoption of plant nutrition, growth regulators under shade net cultivation which leads to poor growth and yield of cucumber.
