Impact of EI and Personality on Job Attitudes and Performance

The rapid changes in technology, customer demands and competition in the market has left today’s organisations in a constant flux of change in the pursuit of survival and excellence. The organisations need to acquire and retain motivated, completive and loyal human resources. This study is an effort to understand the moderating effects of Emotional Intelligence and Personality of the employees in determining the dynamics between their Job Attitudes and Performance.
