The present study aimed to explore the extent of having interactive justice in Jordanian private universities in the fields of communication and leadership. The sample consists from 220 faculty members. Those faculty members were selected through using the stratified random sampling method. The descriptive survey-based approach was adopted. To meet the study’s goals, a questionnaire was developed. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were measured. It was found that the extent of having interactive justice in Jordanian private universities is moderate. It was found that there are statistically significant differences – at the statistical significance level of (a≤0.05)- between the respondents’ attitudes which can be attributed to gender. The latter differences are for the favor of females. It was found that there isn’t any statistically significant difference – at the statistical significance level of (a≤0.05)- between the respondents’ attitudes which can be attributed to faculty.
