Society believes that water resources are invulnerable and that their water consumption remains the same annually, somehow being replenished by the hydro-geological process of nature. Hence, a detailed analysis; Integrated Water Resources Planning and Management is applied for overall evaluation and illustration. Initially, historical analysis is performed to designate the water consumptions between 1996 and 2003, in North Cyprus. The work then concentrated on the future forecasting considering two scenarios; the pessimistic one assumes that the traditional use of water in the country continues, and the optimistic one proposes land reclamation for efficient and economical use of water and the water resources. The water deficiencies in the aquifers, sector-wise water extraction, resource-base contribution to the water budget are all evaluated. An economical analysis is also given based on the scenarios. The wet and drought condition experiences are also considered and analyzed. This work should help shed light to the researchers and scientists in the field, governmental organizations for planning and management purposes and the public dealing with agriculture.
