The leaky gut syndrome has been linked to high sugar, refined carbohydrates, low fibre high omega fatty acids diet. The colonic actinidic archaeal growth is increased. The actinidic archaea oxidise cholesterol for its energetics. They contain actinide-dependent cholesterol oxidases. The colonic actinidic archaea destroy the cholesterol phospholipid intestinal membrane and produces the leaky gut syndrome. The actinidic archaea enters the system and becomes endosymbiotic. The endosymbiotic acitinidic archaea depletes the body of cholesterol and there is no bile acid or bile salt formation. Bile acids and bile salts protect the intestinal membranes. Bile acids and bile salts protects against leaky gut syndrome. Several diseases are produced by the leaky gut syndrome and they include: brain diseases like schizophrenia, depression, autism, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, liver cirrhosis, NASH, chronic kidney disease, chronic heart disease, pancreatitis, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome including diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, CVA and IHD, Chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune disease, AIDS & celiac disease.
