In the book is demonstrated that co-transfection of Evi3 and Ebf1 may up-regulate Pax5 expression. Together, these new experiments provide a key insight on the role of Evi3 in B-cell development and B-cell proliferation, thereby categorizing Evi3 as an effective factor for treatment of B-cell leukemia.
