The heavy metal pollution is the greatest concern among the kinds of environmental pollution because of high toxicity and mobility. These toxic metals are released in to the atmosphere in a number of different ways like coal combustion, automobile emission, mining activities, industrial waste and the utilization of fossil fuel. Generally, cadmium, lead and zinc are toxic at high concentrations and are urgency pollutants. These metals are contaminating food plants over a wide range of concentration. It is well known that plants take up metals by absorbing them from contaminated soil as well as deposits on plant parts that exposed to the air from polluted environments.
