The Co –author under the guidance of whom Mr Sundar Pal carried out this work for his M.Sc. (Ag.) work has about 4 decades research experience of working on bionomics and management of insect pests of field and orchard crops. Fruit flies cause immense damage to fruits and vegetables and make them unfit for human consumption. This book deals about performance of parapheromones - an eco-friendly tool of management of fruit flies, their application methods, economics and also fruit fly species diversity.
