Sexual Dignity and Freedom: consent and exploitation in Brazilian law

This small book addresses the main sex offenses in Brazilian law and the relationship between the harmfulness of the act and the consent of the victim. In a didactic way, the author explains the object of protection of Sexual Criminal Law and the criminalization limits when there are valid consent or exploitation of a situation of vulnerability. This is part of the research done in his post-doctoral studies at University of Coimbra, Portugal.
