Legal aspects of the attempt as preliminary phase of criminal offense

Volume is dedicated to the attempted crime, a classic and very interesting theme, which treats various aspects starting from the historical origins reaching up to the current formulation. Institute of the attempt has found place in the Albanian criminal legislation and in contemporary criminal laws. Responsibility for the attempt, circumstances which taken into account by the court in its sentencing, combined with the jurisprudence will be part of this topic. Attempt is analyzed with all its elements compared with the crime committed. Study of this phase represents an important and great interest in theoretical and especially practical aspect.
