Organizational Ethnography

Ethnography is a branch of anthropology that describes contemporary cultures. Applying organizational ethnography (OE) is essential in practical settings as it helps create an appropriate organizational climate for employees. OE can act as a signal for leaders and employees when negative behaviors emerge. Additionally, it supports organizations in maximizing the benefits of cultural diversity, fostering a healthy organizational climate, encouraging social interaction among employees, supporting communication channels, and leveraging technological advancements to facilitate work within the organization.
