A Grounded Theory Study on Social Entrepreneurship

My dissertation entitled “A Grounded Theory Study on Social Entrepreneurship” focused on how and when different nonprofit approaches are utilized and which leadership styles are needed to implement a social entrepreneurial approach. This research study made a comparative analysis of the traditional nonprofit management model and the social entrepreneurship model. This research is focused on helping non-for-profit organizations focus on the particular issues of governance, fiscal infrastructure and human resources that directly impact the organizations’ continuing success.
