The objective of this dissertation was to explore the links between learning and innovation performance in high tech small firms. Based on a sample of US high-tech small firms from different industries, it clearly shows that companies which developed some forms of organisational learning are innovating more and have a better financial performance than companies which do not operate as learning organisations.
