EDUCATION IN TOURISM FIELDS:

This book focuses on different problems and issues related to education surfaced as my career in tourism and hospitality. This project intends to sinthesize a hand-on perspective the praxis with theory. Most likely, the empirical rich basis of the chapters that are integrated in this work makes a valuable contribution to expand the current understanding of the conflic relationship between educators and students.
