Higher yield of any crop is the basic of many factors such as, soaking seed treatments, adding convenient N-levels and foliar fertilization. Thus, this work aimed to find out the effects of soaking seeds in running water and growth regulators such as GA3 (100 ppm) and IAA (50 ppm) for 18 hours, nitrogen levels (0, 20, 40 and 60 kg N/fad) and foliar fertilization treatments (with urea 2 % and some commercial foliar fertilizers like Super grow and Agrow more) as well as their interactions on growth attributes, yield and its components and quality measurements of sugar beet Kawemira cv. From obtained results, it can be recommended that soaking sugar beet seeds before sowing in Gibberellic acid (GA3) or Indole acitic acid (IAA) for 18 hours and fertilizing plants with 60 kg N/fad in addition to foliar nutrition growing plants with Super grow or Agrow more as a foliar fertilizers in order to raising sugar beet productivity and quality.
