The study sought to explore the influence of organizational culture on performance using the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG). The study employed a qualitative approach to unearth the findings pertaining to the research questions. Purposive and convenient sampling techniques were employed by the researchers to select a sample size of 300 for the study. The study revealed a strong disciplinary and monitoring environment in ECG. Also, it was unraveled that coaching in organizational culture that takes place during the recruitment stages goes a long way to enhance the performance of employees. Furthermore, organizational culture was seen to be dominant among the five strategic pillars of the company. In addition to the aforementioned, majority of ECG customers were opined that ECG core values are not adhered to and as such the company cannot pride itself in terms of professionalism, openness, well-being, excellence, and reliability. Several recommendations were proposed based on the findings of this study.
