Data Analysis for Monitoring and Evaluation of Management Systems

This book presents developments of new data analysis techniques for project managements which is defined as the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards. Project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) play an important role in project management of international development sectors. To ensure success of the project, it is important to put an effective monitoring and evaluation system in place that provides an insight and control over the utilization of funds and efficiency of the project work. This book develops appropriate statistical methodology that can be efficiently used to determine the factors that ensure an effective M&E system in governmental and non-governmental organizations with a specific case study. The data being used is collected through survey questionnaire from various organizations.
