The WHO (1999) defined lifestyle as the way of living that lowers the risk of being seriously ill or dying early. It is also about physical, mental, and social wellbeing. This book is about a study which aimed to assess the lifestyle domains of college students in term of physical activity, dietary, self-care and safety, stress, social and emotional wellness, and sleep patterns. To assess the risk behaviours practising by college students in term of obesity, blood pressure, smoking, and alcohol use. To find out the association between lifestyle domains and risk behaviours with some of the variables such as gender, age, college type, and students' grades. To identify the association between Body Mass Index (BMI), and waist circumference with some of the studied variables such as gender, age, college type, and students' grades. The findings of the study are based on the unhealthy behavioural patterns of 1000 college students in Erbil City, the capital of Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
