The Influence of Cooperative "CIRDI" on Social Development

This study was motivated by the concern of examining the influence of Integrated Development Innovation and Reflection Cooperative on social development case of Cibitoke Province. For this study, the population is 300 persons of CIRDI, that population is composed of 40 managers, 20 accounts and 240 employees of CIRDI, selected in different departments of CIRDI. The findings were obtained from 63 participants or representative sample. We found out that income has increased, 61 respondents whether 97% got a job. And many aspects of socio-economic conditions have improved. The second objective of the study was to find out how job creation improved health care.
