HR Management for Organizational Productivity in Africa

This study investigates the impact of Human Resource Management on organizational productivity in selected businesses within Africa. Through qualitative research methods, including interviews and observations, the study examines how effective HR practices contribute to enhancing overall productivity levels in these organizations.
