INDUCTION HEATER TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

The monograph deals with technological processes, in particular, induction heating of metal, heating of the oil pipeline and drying of grain by induction heaters. A detailed classification of the means of mechanization of these processes is presented.The analysis of design features of the most common installations for metal heating, oil pipeline and grain drying is performed. Theoretical and empirical dependences are presented that reflect the influence of the main operating factors on the efficiency of the grain drying process.Optimal modes of grain heat treatment processes and design parameters of contact-type installations are proved.The monograph is intended for undergraduates, doctoral students and teachers of technical universities.
