Philosophy of Religion from an Africa Perspective

This book presents some principle areas in the domain of the philosophy of religion. Special emphasis is given to;Religious truth claims,that is, evidence and proofs for God's existence;it examines some important questions regarding religion,such as good and evil,Death and immortality,Faith and Reason and Contemporary approaches to religious phenomenon. After examining the place of reason, revelation and experience in religion the book considers ways of thinking and speaking about God. The traditional and more contemporary arguments for the existence of God have been examined. A number of major topics have been discussed such as the problem of suffering,the relationship between religion and morality,free will,miracles and immortality.
