International Trade and Environmental Governance in the WTO and NAFTA

This book focuses on the theme of international trade regulation and environmental governance under the auspices of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The regulation of international trade in an environmental context has been discussed ad nauseam but this book specifically contextualizes the debate to the regional grouping Southern African Development Community (SADC) and extracts context- specific lessons.
