RESOURCE USE EFFICIENCY IN AGRICULTURE

That’s how critical the efficiency of the resource is.” Resource use efficiency (RUE) is a concept that describes how effectively resources such as water, energy, nutrients, or labour—are utilized to produce a desired output, whether it's agricultural yield, industrial products, or services. The goal of RUE is to maximize output while minimizing the input of resources, thus ensuring sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and reduced environmental impact.
