Philosophy and history of the Soviet law

The monograph is written on the basis of the latest achievements of legal and historical research. Сonditions of emergence and law development, its evolution, relationship of the state and society, specifics of legal culture of different social groups from 1917 to 1991 are shown in it. "Among the principles of historical and legal knowledge (historicism, objectivity, dialectics) the principle of historicism is key. He demands studying of the historical and legal phenomena from the point of view of concrete historical conditions."
