Development of customary law in terms of section 39(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa

This book focused on the development of customary law. The reason for this is that customary law was not recognised in the past, however the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa changed this position.Legislation was put in place to change such a position. Case laws played a major role in the development of customary law and the recent position of customary law is fair for all individuals who were prejudiced by the practice.
